Registration Information

ADMISSION REQUIREMENT

Candidates must be at least 16 years of age to participate and achieve certification in an Occupational First Aid or equivalent course.[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]

REFUNDS

Candidates must apply in writing for a refund. Only the original receipt will be
accepted to qualify for a refund.

No refund will be given for books not in resale-able condition.[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]

CANCELLATION POLICY

Registrants with confirmed applications who do not notify us of their cancellation and who do not attend the course is liable for the entire fee. (For OFA Level 1 and the rest of the courses, 3 business days notice is required. For OFA Level 2 and 3; one week notice is required)[/vc_column_text][/vc_column_inner][vc_column_inner width=”1/2″][vc_column_text]

REFUNDS BEFORE COURSE START

If written request is received within 7 days of the date of this contract OR if written request is received 30 calendar days or more before the course start date ProSafe will retain an  administration fee equal to a maximum of 10% of the tuition fee. For all other written requests received prior to course date ProSafe will retain an administration fee equal to a maximum of 20% of the tuition fee.[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]

REFUNDS AFTER COURSE START
